We will provide grillers with the following:
- Food (*see note below)
- Demo Egg (if you don't want to bring your own)
- 2 drink tickets
- Indy EggFest t-shirt
- Water and soda.
- Meat thermometer
- V-rack
- Vertical Roaster
- Drip Pan
- Grill extender
- Plate setter
- Pizza stone
- BBQ tools
- Oven mitts & apron
- Smoking wood chips
- Seasonings
- Cooking spray
- Plastic gloves
- Paper plates, plastic utensils, toothpicks, cups
- Aluminum foil
- Platters & cutting boards
- Paper towels or napkins
- Cleaning supplies & hand sanitizer
- Lawn Chairs
Schedule:
Grills will be lighted at 9 am and the event ends at 4 pm. However, those of you cooking on a demo Egg should aim to shut your grill off by 3-3:30 PM, so there is time for them to cool. Demo Egg pick-up is from 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm.

Why we will provide the food:
* Unlike other states, Indiana has stricter food sanitation laws when it comes to hosting events. Because of these laws, we cannot allow cooks to bring in their own food. We must ensure it is prepared in a certified kitchen.
Thus, once you register to be a griller at Indy EggFest, please contact Paul Schnieders and he will walk you through the steps needed to set up your menu.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Nevertheless, we want to make sure we not only follow Indiana food sanitation laws, but also provide everyone with a clean and safe environment. Thank you.
